- Procure products by setting a purchasing schedule and negotiating with vendors on price, quantity, product specs, distribution and deadlines.
- Develop and manage a positive relationships across the business to achieve key business, organizational objectives.
- Make weekly sales data
- Review and analyze daily and weekly Sales/Purchase reports.
- Create and maintain item master data through SAP
- Check turnover of warehouse and manage inventory utilizing warehouse system and SAP.
- Coordinate with warehouse on order issues, returns, delivery schedule, etc.
- Assist stores as needed with any operational needs.
- Forecast product demands and provide insights and industry trends to stores.
- Perform regular store audit
Job Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of related experience.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- A high level of organization and PC proficiency is required including a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong work ethics and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Korean will be a plus.
- Experience in food/supermarket industry is a plus.
