- Seeking and adding new carriers for H mart benefits.
- Put together RFP, execute load schedule and evaluate carrier performance.
- Monitor and analyze market trend.
- Manage OTR schedule and maintain daily tracking reports to ensure all orders delivered on time to various warehouses and to the customers.
- Manage transportation claim with carrier and follow up until it closes out.
- Manage all incoming carrier invoices and issue AR/AP invoice with SAP B1.
- Obtain bills from the carrier with proof of delivery for customers.
- Clear up a discrepancy of invoice error.
- Analysis AR/AP/GP weekly, monthly.
- Update rate chart if it’s necessary and notify customers.
- Communicate with CS team in regards to H mart benefits.
Job Qualifications:
- 2+ year work experience preferred in logistics/transportation industry, but not required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Korean.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, MS-Word, Power Point, and Driving Skill required.
