- Experienced in capturing customer feedback using various metrics such as Net Promoter Scores and Voice of the Customer
- Strong communicator and listener who can elicit the true needs of customers
- Technically inclined, capable of identifying solutions to customer needs
- Able to speak and work with technical and non-technical teams, translating the information for the understanding of the listeners
- Able to present the potential solutions to IT leadership and customers for acceptance and approval.
- Manage entire lifecycle of project management, from inception to delivery and maintenance
- Support Agile Teams by representing the stories from end-users perspective
- Be the voice for the users to influence technical teams’ decision-making
- Work with customers to complete user testing and rollouts to ensure customer satisfaction with solutions
- Initiate and renew vendor contracts to support on-going vendor solutions.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- CBAP, PMP, ITIL
- Must be fluent in Korean (oral, written, and reading)
- Strong ability to document and present information
