- Procures all IT-supported software licenses, contracts, circuits, and equipment for the company including desktops/laptops, monitors, scanners, racks, UPS and power distribution units (PDUs) and other computer accessories.
- Other procurements include POS systems including controllers, registers, printers, hand scanners, cash drawers, keyboards, monitors, scanners, and connected accessories such as scales.
- Inventories all IT-supported equipment and ensures capture of new equipment.
- Maintains records of purchases and use of the equipment. Also supports equipment upgrades at proper intervals.
- Accountable for License Management.
- Maintains budgets and forecasts future budgets.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven problem solver with ability to provide in-depth analysis of complex problems, manage risk and provide timely and accurate decisions.
