- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
- Walk customer through problem-solving process.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Install computer peripherals for users.
- Purchase/ Install, Configure IT Devices (Network, POS, Each Department)
- User education for POS system, Office desktop.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering or Technology
- Comptia A+ (Preferred)
- Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems, Familiarity
