IT Field Service Coordinator

​Job Duties:
​
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
  • Walk customer through problem-solving process.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
  • Install computer peripherals for users.
  • Purchase/ Install, Configure IT Devices (Network, POS, Each Department)
  • User education for POS system, Office desktop.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering or Technology
  • Comptia A+ (Preferred)
  • Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems, Familiarity
