- Effectively and professionally represent the brand and franchise system
- Help develop strong business relationships with new and existing franchisees
- Collaborate with other corporate departments and franchise operations to assist with supporting franchise services
- Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation and teamwork
- Assist in the implementation and execution of franchise support policies and procedures with new and existing licensed franchisees
- Perform analyses to understand business performance, trends, and customer behavior, and make recommendations to improve the profitability
- Sales analysis including price, volume, and product mix impact
- Menu pricing opportunities based on market trends and product mix analysis
- Profitability per item and category
- Actual vs theoretical COGS analysis
- Productivity analysis
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, the management or hospitality-related field.
- Experience in the restaurant industry preferred.
- Advanced Excel and Financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including written and oral presentations.
- Problem-solver.
- Highly developed sense of customer service and interpersonal skills.
