- EHS protocol/ OSHA Compliance.
- Develop EHS protocol and policies for HQ and Affiliates.
- Arrange all necessary tasks for Safety inspection and maintenance.
- Record keeping of OSHA 300/300A regularly and report to the direct manager.
- Perform the Self Audit activities with related personnel.
- Keep up-to-date registrations and licenses.
- P & C Management/ Accident Claim Management.
- Coordinate with the P&C Broker for keeping good in shape of Corporate insurance program.
- Prepare for annual P&C renewal and premium payment accordingly.
- Perform the annual/bi-annual insurance Audit process.
- Manage accident claims in timely manner.
- Safety Training Development.
- Develop annual safety training session for HQ and Affiliates.
- Arrange the Quarterly Safety Committee meeting.
- Budget the training expense and claim expense.
- Perform the industrial power truck training session if needed.
- Keep the log and training data according to the compliance law.
- Bachelor’s Degree or above is preferred (Business Administration, Risk Management, EHS, Engineering).
- OSHA 300 hours(General) ARM/RIMS Certificate will be plus.
- Proficiency with computers including Microsoft EXCEL, MS-Word, and Power Point, etc.
- LMS Management and Negotiation skills.
- Bilingual – Korean and English is preferred.
- Good Management of Complaints.
- Good communication Skills Experience.
- Knowledge of Food Operation, Maintenance, Building, and Construction will be helpful.
