- Report directly to the Vice President and support him with assigned tasks on daily basis.
- Translate and Summarize Internal meetings with departments and Managers for the Vice Presidents
- Translate and Summarize Meetings with external Vendors for the Vice Presidents
- Attend and follow up on action items from Business Development meetings
- Make Store Sales Report and Update on a weekly base
- Provide Warehouse in-stock reporting
- Make Grocery inventory Summary for Market Trend Analysis
- Make UPC Data Summary from ARAM
- Make reports for Merchandising Departments
Job Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of related experience is preferred, but not required
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Korean
- Bachelor's degree
